For my group, I was an interviewer and two persons of my group were applicants. First of all, I started my conversation using “Hi! Welcome to my company… Nice to meet you… (Checking hand)… I’m glad to see you here… Hope you happy to be here…”
Then, I have some questions to interview both of them…
1. Could you introduce yourself briefly?
2. How about your talent, how do you apply for this job?
3. Why do you apply for this job and choose to come to my company?
4. Why I have to hire you?
5. How much salary do you want to receive?
Last question, do you have anything to tell me?

Who should get this job?
“For me, I may hire both of applicants if I’m an interviewer and this business is mine because both of them have the good quality equally, so I think I should not judge people for a second when I met them or looked only their parchment. I’ll give a chance both of them to prove themselves for a new project of mine. After that, I’ll choose a person who is appropriate for my company or maybe I will give a job both of them if they have high talents and qualities equally. Consequently, I’ll work with the high-quality person who will make my company develop more and more…

Then, we also got the ideas a lot for this activity in term of business and job application. Also, then we knew many tactics to getting a job of each person.
